Article 8 (suspension of use of personal information, etc.)
If the Company is requested by an individual to stop using or erase any personal information (hereinafter referred to as cessation of use, etc.) due to it being used for purposes other than for which it was intended, or that it was obtained wrongfully, or that it had been handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, we will carry out the necessary investigations without delay.
