Select the "inside and outside dimensions" for the measurements you desire

※ Depending on the product, some items do not allow you to choose between internal and external dimensions, and have already been specified.

Change to your desired dimensions

  • · You can change the length of 10 sides from A to J. Please enter the length in mm.
  • · The number of sides that can input depends on the shape.
  • · There are required inputs and optional inputs. If an optional part is not entered, then we will set appropriate dimensions for you.

Pre-purchase checks

Design confirmation

Within 3 working days from purchase, we will check if your desired dimensions are possible.

Things to note

  • · If the dimensions you entered are available, payment will be confirmed.
  • · If the dimensions you entered are unavailable, we will contact you using the email address you provided at the time of purchase in order to arrange a new design.

Delivery of data

Once we have completed the creation of the design data, we will send you the PDF, CAD (DXF) and illustrator data to the email address you have registered with us for delivery.

Data correction

Please contact us if you would like us to fine-tune the dimensions after you receive your data.
Up to two corrections can be made free of charge, but from the third time onwards it will cost an additional $10 each time.

Important points

· In the unlikely event that it is not possible to produce a blueprint using your desired dimensions due to the design of the box, then we reserve the right to cancel your order.

* In this case, the canceled product price will be refunded.
Please note that depending on the dimensions, it may not be possible to design the data.

· If we can create a blueprint without problems with the dimensions you entered, then we will deliver the completed data to the email address registered at the time of purchase from purchase within 7 working days.

· If the dimensions need to be adjusted, delivery may be delayed beyond 7 working days from the date of purchase.

* We have given thorough consideration to the selection of the format of the boxes for publication, but if there are any rights issues, please contact us.
